Yr aelodau bwrdd newydd yw Geraint Jones, Uwch Bensaer Diogelwch Parth; i Aldermore Bank, Carys Owens, Rheolwr-Gyfarwyddwr Whisper Cymru; Huw Eurig, arweinydd yn y diwydiant creadigol, a Mari Stevens, cyfarwyddwr y cwmni ymgynghori, Anian.<\/p>\n

\u201cMae ychwanegu\u2019r pedwar aelod anweithredol newydd o\u2019r Bwrdd yn gam arwyddocaol tuag at sicrhau bod Menter a Busnes yn parhau i fod ar flaen y gad o ran darparu gwasanaethau cymorth busnes arloesol ac effeithiol. Bydd eu harbenigedd ar y cyd yn chwarae rhan hanfodol wrth lywio ein cyfeiriad strategol, ac wrth ein cynorthwyo i gyflawni ein nodau sefydliadol cyffredinol uchelgeisiol.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Dyma broffiliau byr o\u2019r aelodau bwrdd anweithredol sydd newydd eu penodi:<\/p>\n

Huw Eurig<\/strong>
\nHuw, arweinydd busnes profiadol sydd \u00e2 thros 25 mlynedd o brofiad, a gydsefydlodd Boomerang, cwmni cynhyrchu Cymreig. O dan ei arweiniad,tyfodd Boomerang o fod yn fusnes newydd \u00e2 thri pherson i fod yn bwerdy creadigol gyda throsiant o \u00a380 miliwn a thros 400 o weithwyr, gyda ffocws cryf ar Gymru. Mae arbenigedd Huw yn ymestyn y tu hwnt i dwf; mae ganddo brofiad helaeth ym maes uno a chaffael, gan lywio marchnadoedd cyhoeddus a phreifat. Yn ogystal, mae ei brofiad o redeg cwmni ar y farchnad stoc a throsoli cyllid ecwiti yn amhrisiadwy. Mae ymrwymiad Huw yn ymestyn y tu hwnt i\u2019w lwyddiant ei hun, fel y gwelir yn ei rolau arwain mewn sefydliadau diwydiant a chymrodoriaethau mewn prifysgolion mawreddog.<\/p>\n

Mari Stevens<\/strong>
\nMae Mari yn uwch arweinydd entrepreneuraidd sydd \u00e2 15 mlynedd o brofiad yn gweithio yng Nghymru a thu hwnt, a hynny yn y sectorau cyhoeddus a phreifat. Yn ddiweddar, mae Mari wedi sefydlu ei busnes ymgynghori ei hun, Anian, sy\u2019n arbenigo mewn darparu cyngor strategol ym meysydd rheoli cyrchfan, brand a marchnata lle, diwylliant, y cyfryngau a thechnoleg. Mae ei phrofiad blaenorol yn cynnwys sefydlu\u2019r brand Ogi arloesol, gweithio fel Pennaeth Croeso Cymru, yn ogystal \u00e2 Phennaeth Marchnata gyda D\u0175r Cymru a BBC Cymru Wales.<\/p>\n

Geraint Jones<\/strong>
\nAr hyn o bryd, mae Geraint yn uwch Bensaer Diogelwch i Aldermore Bank. Mae\u2019n ymgynghorydd, pensaer, a chyfarwyddwr anweithredol ymarferol a phragmatig sydd wedi treulio 30 mlynedd ym maes TG a Diogelwch Gwybodaeth yn y DU a ledled Ewrop \u2013 ond mae gwreiddiau ei deulu (a\u2019i galon) yng nghymuned ffermio Pen Ll\u0177n. Ar \u00f4l sylweddoli\u2019n gynnar nad technoleg yw \u2018bwled arian\u2019 diogelwch, mae wedi datblygu gwerthfawrogiad cryf o oblygiadau busnes technoleg, ac mae\u2019n mwynhau helpu pobl i wneud synnwyr o\u2019u rhwymedigaethau systemau a data, gan wella eu hosgo \u2018Seiber\u2019, a\u2019u harwain i wneud penderfyniadau gwybodus i ysgogi canlyniadau cyraeddadwy.<\/p>\n

Carys Owens<\/strong>
\nAr hyn o bryd, Carys yw Rheolwr-Gyfarwyddwr Whisper Cymru, asiantaeth cynhyrchu darlledu enwog sy\u2019n cael ei chydnabod am ei chynnwys chwaraeon, adloniant byw a heb sgript arobryn. Gydag enw da yn y diwydiant, cyn hyn roedd Carys yn Rheolwr-Gyfarwyddwr Lens360, gan arddangos ei harweinyddiaeth a\u2019i harbenigedd ym maes cynhyrchu darlledu.<\/p>\n
